Starting a Conference is Easy

In order to initiate a conference, the moderator simply needs to call in to the conference bridge number that Switch provides and enter their moderator PIN/password. Other callers can enter the participant PIN/password prior to or after the moderator joins. Non-moderators will be placed on hold until the moderator joins, unless the option to join without the moderator present is chosen.
